Section Control

Our solution for section control ensures optimized overlap on headland and in wedges. The system regulates and adjusts the application rate of the fertiliser to the shape of the field. We work with an infinite number of sections and regulate steplessly both in wedges and on headland. The system automatically closes the spreader's shutters in areas where fertiliser has already been applied - for example on the headland.

More than 30 years of development.

The technique is based on the 1:1 principle, in which the weight of the actual hopper contents is continuously monitored. The flow rate leaving the hopper is fine tuned to achieve the target quantity (kg/ha). This direct input gives 100% control of both application quantity and hopper contents during field work.

Automatic drop point

The centrally controlled regulating system automatically adjusts the fertilisers dropping point on the spreading discs. The double shutter opens with different opening speeds and maintains in this way a perfect drop point irrespective of changes in quantity or forward speed. The short distance between the shutters and the spreading disc means that the drop point is minimum influenced, even under hilly conditions.

Excentric and gentle agitator

The agitator ensures a constant flow of fertiliser and therefore also a constant quantity. With eccentric movements the agitator leads the fertiliser to the outlet. An integrated pressure equalising cone mounted on the screen prevent direct fertiliser pressure on the agitator and the outlet.
